40+ Years Strong

OUR STORY

A tradition built by this community, for this community

The Festival of Trees has been a fixture of Wheeling’s holiday season for over 40 years. What began as a fundraiser for a local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters grew into something bigger than any single organization — a tradition so deeply loved that even when its benefitting organizations changed, the community refused to let it end.

A dedicated group of original committee members carried the festival forward at every turn. Today, that same spirit lives on as the festival benefits Wheeling Health Right — because this event has always been about neighbors taking care of neighbors.
